3C was founded in Greece in 2006, specializing in business consulting with a focus on investment programs, marketing, and staff training until 2012. In response to the Greek crisis, the company relocated to Bulgaria in 2012 and has since expanded into the private investment sector, facilitating the sale of Greek real estate to foreign buyers. The company now operates an additional office in East Thessaloniki, northern Greece.

3C's innovations in the market include:

  • Acting exclusively as a consultant for buyers.
  • Providing communication in the buyer’s native language, with team members who are native speakers.
  • Offering necessary specialized services for property acquisition in Greece (legal, accounting, engineering), free of charge, during pre-contractual inspections.
  • Managing properties on behalf of buyers, ensuring a passive income.
  • Undertaking construction on land, completing unfinished properties, and renovating existing ones.
